ACTIVITIES > moulds construction
In the Mould Design and Construction Division, duly equipped with all necessary tools, our technicians are able to design and make new moulds to max. 1000 x 600 mm and carry out their necessary maintenance. Moulds are constantly checked, cleaned and repaired inside.

Furthermore, in this division they are able to perform all tool check operations, mould inspections, and of course to make the samples required by customers.
Highly qualified technicians are able to use all available facilities: Software CAD/CAM, CNC machining center (corsa 1000 x 600 mm), radial drilling machine, manual milling cutter, an electrical discharge CNC machine, an electromechanical lathe, tangential grinding machine (working area 1000 x 500 mm). |
